What is deleted, and what is kept
| Account data (email, name, profile photo, credit balance) | Deleted — removed from our database, and your Google Sign-In account is deleted, immediately on request. |
|---|---|
| Birth data & generated readings | Deleted — these are stored only on your device; deleting your account (or uninstalling the app) removes them. |
| Purchase / transaction records | Kept only where required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years), then deleted. Retained in de-identified form where possible. |
| Server request logs | Auto-expire within 30 days. |
Timeline
Account and profile data are erased within 7 days of your request. Records retained for legal reasons are deleted once the applicable retention period ends.
